Upstate New York deserves a down-home representative that will stand up to career politicians in Albany. Morgan Zegers grew up in a military family in Malta, New York. She is a strong conservative, the daughter of an Iraq War Veteran, a product of New York State public schools, and an officer of the local VFW Post 358 Ladies' Auxiliary.
Like you, Morgan is a hard-working taxpayer. She is also the owner of a small specialty wood crafting business, Zegers Freedom Flags.
Morgan's entire life has focused on community engagement; she currently serves as a volunteer for the Malta Veteran Appreciation Program and in 2016, Morgan was invited to the White House's United State of Women Forum to discuss her experience as a young woman in community leadership.
As a member of the Assembly Morgan will stand up to corrupt, business-as-usual politics in Albany and stand up for the rights of Upstate New Yorkers.
It is time for a true conservative voice to represent Washington and Saratoga Counties. Morgan will push for a platform that increases quality economic development opportunities, bolster ethics controls in Albany and lowers the Upstate cost of living by lowering spending and taxes to make New York more affordable for families and businesses.
